Eric Paschal, a lifelong Washingtonian and Issaquah resident, took a bold leap after 16 years at Microsoft to pursue his dream of opening the ideal neighborhood pub. Inspired by his travels across the U.S. and Europe, Eric shaped his vision of a welcoming pub. Today, he thrives in the daily operations, working with a seasoned team to deliver excellent food and drink in a warm, inviting setting.
With a passion for creating community and sharing great experiences, Eric is a dedicated father to his two daughters, Emmy and Finley. He’s also an avid supporter of Chelsea FC and has a refined taste for bourbons, ryes, and coffee, especially espresso, all of which infuse his pub’s atmosphere with an extra layer of authenticity.

Please welcome Chef Angie to our team! Chef Angie joins us from Daniel’s Broiler Leschi. She brings a background that includes a culinary degree from Lake Washington Technical College. Chef Angie spent time in Valencia, Spain in an apprenticeship at a family restaurant where she learned the depths of Spanish cuisine. She also spent time in the area at the Ballard Cut and worked her way up through Daniel’s Broiler starting as a pantry cook up to Chef!
Chef Angie is mom to a 7 year old daughter and enjoys fishing and exploring the food culture in our area.
