Modern American Food

Fresh Focused | Locally Sourced | Scratch made

Located in Historic Downtown Issaquah

Levitate Gastropub opened in May 2015. A concept originally brought forth from owner/operator Eric Paschal, focusing on local foods, craft beers, wines and spirits.

The building which houses Levitate Gastropub was completely rebuilt from the ground-up during spring of 2015. Our front dining room has a dedicated bar for adults with the remainder of the establishment open to all ages and welcoming of families. Outdoor seating is available on Front Street as well as large open patio in the back that is fully enclosed with drink rails and tables.  We have a mix of communal seating and dedicated tables. We are open daily for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

Social hour is available from 3p-5p during weekdays with drink and food specials.

We offer all seating on a first come first serve basis. If you have an unique reservation request, please feel free to contact us regarding parties or renting out the complete pub.

We stop seating for service one hour before close. Our kitchen closes 30 minutes prior to close. Last call occurs 15 min before close.
